Kerry Katona flaunts incredible weight loss with lingerie snaps – what is her diet secret? [bestandroiddoubledinheadunit950.blogspot.com]

Kerry Katona has posted a number of sexy snaps on her Instagram account, wearing just tiny lingerie, showing off her amazing weight loss.

The mother of five, who is 37-years-old showed off her tiny waist and popping abs in one blue set of lingerie.

Another image taken from being shows of the former-Atomic Kitten’s pert bottom.

Fans poured into Kerry’s comments on the social media account to praise her incredible transformation.

One wrote: “You look b***** incredible Kerry I wish I had an ounce of your determination.”

Another added: “You look absolutely amazing hun. What ide do to have a body like yours. I’ve been struggling to loose weight after having my 3 children. Ide love to have a body like yours.” [sic]

Kerry revealed her diet plan on an Instagram post on her @resultswithkerry account.

The celebrity now has a Herbalife shake for breakfast, a Herbalife shake for lunch and fish or chicken with vegetables for dinner.

When she exercises, Kerry does 20 minutes of yoga at 5:30am – a very early rise.

The 5ft 2in mother is now a tiny size six and weighs only eight and half stone.

Posting to her Instagram account the TV personality wrote: “Never ever in a million years would I ever do a shoot like this before! But since doing Herbalife I’m confidence has gone through the roof!

“And I’m so grateful! 37 and 5 kids!! Thank you to my team for pushing me and believing in me.” [sic]

In February Kerry Katona’s weight loss diet helped her to lose an amazing two stone. 

She has coupled this with eating well and exercise, but in the past has credited the bulk of her weight loss with the injections.

Real Housewives of Cheshire star Ampika Pickston, who Kerry has been living with since October, signed her friend up for the injections. Kerry has them with Skinny Revolution, at a cost of £250-a-month.

Appearing on Loose Women, Kerry further detailed her weight loss.

She said: “I feel really in control in my life right now and I think exercise is one of those things that’s made me feel on top of the world again.”

Kerry took to Instagram to share she has lost two stone in a revealing selfie at the start of the year.

On the post, in which she wears a crop top, she wrote: “Woohoo I’ve lost over 2 stone, feeling on top of the world!

“Big shout out to @ampikapickston1 #skinnyrevolution.”
