A new fitness plan of two minute exercises you can do while brewing a cup of tea has been devised.
Five different, very short routines have been created for each time of day – to give you a customisable fitness plan.
Each set of exercises is designed to either awaken, liven, energise, de-stress or soothe you.
The yoga and HIIT training infused programme, named MoTEAvation, targets five moments during your daily routine, including waking up and elevenses.
There is a helpful mid afternoon slump routine and a pre-bed workout.
The routines have been devised by Covent Garden-based fitness studio, Another Space, and T2, who have created a new range of feel-good ‘Glow’ teas.

T2 and Another Space will be releasing the MoTeaVation programme on 16 January with a series of videos designed so everyone can incorporate the exercises into their usual daily routine.
However, if you want to learn from the pros, on 27 January, at 2.30pm, Another Space will be welcoming the public themselves to come and get hands-on with the programme at their studio in Covent Garden, which will see all five moments put together to create a full one hour wellness session.
Some diet experts say that drinking hot water with lemon, honey and cinnamon could help you achieve your weight loss goals.
All three ingredients have been reported to have significant health benefits, mainly linked to digestion.
Cinnamon is said to hold anti-inflammatory properties while being packed full of antioxidants.
Limited evidence has also shown that cinnamon can lower cholesterol in people with type-2 diabetes.
