Kerry Katona weight loss – former Atomic Kitten singer lost THREE stone with THIS [bestandroiddoubledinheadunit950.blogspot.com]

Kerry, 36, posted the snap of her with daughter Dylan-Jorge Rose jumping in the the air, with the caption: “Woohoo the sunshine is here!!!” 

The singer teamed the mini shorts she was wearing with a see-through lace crop top. 

Kerry is keen to flash the flesh after slimming down, after she recently revealed she’d lost a whopping three stone. 

But how did the mum-of-five lose all the weight?

Kerry has tried various diet and exercise programmes over the years, but it was a combination of exercise and cosmetic surgery which helped her achieve her slimmer figure. 

The mum-of-five told Reveal Magazine: “The doctors pulled four-and-a-half litres of fat out. 

“I was a dress size 14 and I’m an 8 now. I’ve lost three stone, from 12-and-a-half stone to nine-and-a-half-stone.” 

While the surgery helped Kerry get the initial weight off, she added she had “lost loads” since then after exercising “non stop”. 

She explained: “Because I’m bipolar, exercise is the best thing to do. 

“I do exercise every day – about an hour of yoga every morning – that’s my time to relax, balance and connect with myself.

“I also do cardio in the gym, probably about two hours a week. I’ve also cut out carbs and alcohol.”  

NHS Choices says if you are thinking of having a cosmetic procedure, where it’s a less invasive procedure like Botox or full cosmetic surgery like breast implants, it’s a good idea to do your research.
