Weight loss: Woman reveals how she dropped more than seven stone by giving up one drink [bestandroiddoubledinheadunit950.blogspot.com]

Weight loss is a shared goal for many of us in the UK, and one inspirational woman explained how to lose weight on her Instagram account.

Kashmir Jacobson, 26, from Australia, transformed her body from overweight to slim and toned in the space of two years.

Although she did not reveal her original weight, her account says she had lost a total of 56 kilograms, or seven stone.

She revealed her secrets to slimming down in a series of posts. Swapping a certain type of drink in favour of water is said to have helped her.

Revealing the trick, she advised followers: “Try drinking more water and less sugary drinks.”

She also explained that changing the way she eats has helped her to stop overeating.

“I have found that cutting down potion sizes and eating slower helps with letting my body realise that it’s eating and allows me to not over eat if I’m starting to get full.”

Describing her daily diet plan, Kashmir explained she prepares meals ahead of time in order to make sure she’s eating healthy foods.

“I’m craving good wholesome healthy rainbow foods,” she wrote.

“I make three days of food for three days of work,” she said.

For breakfast, she makes overnight oats: “40g rolled oats, 30g protein powder, 20g black chia seeds, 200ml unsweetened almond milk topped with 60g fresh strawberries and a coffee made with 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk. “

For lunch, she eats a taco bowl: “35g raw spinach leaves, 85g Roma cherry tomatoes, 75g drained 4 bean mix, 20g raw red onion, 30g corn kernels, 38g avo, 6g mild taco seasoning & 100g lean beef mince.”

Finally. for dinner, she eats chicken and vegetables: “80g steamed broccoli, 50g steamed carrots, 150g cooked chicken breast & 100g sweet potato wedges.”

Kashmir also snacks throughout the day to keep up her energy.

Her snacks include nectarines, celery with peanut butter, protein bars and protein yoghurt.

How many calories should you eat to lose weight? Weight loss is generally achieved by cutting down the amount of calories you eat every day.

Conversely, eating more calories than you burn during the day makes you put on weight.

Counting calories can be a powerful tool to keeping your weight loss journey on track.

Eating less calories will help you to drop unwanted pounds, but the ideal calories for weight loss varies per person.
