Weight loss: Lose half a stone in two weeks by doing this twice a day [bestandroiddoubledinheadunit950.blogspot.com]

Weight loss is no doubt still on the minds of many Britons, with summer holiday season in full swing.

For those looking to still lose weight and achieved their weight-loss goals, a celebrity trainer has revealed a method for losing a staggering half a stone in just two weeks.

Speaking on This Morning today, Jenny Pacey revealed the fastest and most efficient way to lose weight before holidays.

The fitness fanatic advised that an exercise-heavy daily routine will blast fat and help the body to tone up quickly.

Talking to Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, the personal trainer revealed that working our six days a week for two weeks will help Britons lose half a stone.

“A combination of exercise and nutrition”, the plan calls on Britons to work out twice a day.

Jenny advised that performing fasted cardio in the morning will burn more calories and reduce body fat.

A second workout in the afternoon should consist of high intensity or resistance training, which Jenny revealed “creates muscle, tone and starts to change the body.”

“Everybody’s different,” Jenny said on the show, “but what I can say is if you put on a one kilogram of muscle, it takes up a third of the space that one kilogram of fat does.”

To help lose half a stone in just two weeks, Pacey also advised that participants eat under 100 grams of carbohydrates a day.

Other tips to achieve weight loss in the two weeks include daily meditation and good sleep.

Keeping hydrated will also encourage weight loss, as according to trainer, “the body won’t efficiently metabolise fat unless you’re hydrated.”

The intensive two-week plan will reportedly lead to increased confidence and overall happiness.

One celebrity who lost a whopping three stone by drinking four litres of water a day is Great British Bake Off star Nadiya Hussain. 

Before appearing on the former BBC ONE show, Nadiya had a very different frame, piling on the pounds after her marriage to husband Abdal and wearing a size 16/18.

On the motivation behind her weight loss, the baking star told You magazine: “One day I looked at a photograph of myself and I thought, ‘I need to overhaul my life!’”

Nadiya embarked on a weight loss journey that would see her lose three stone.

Speaking to Hello! she added: “After I was married and a mum, I got comfortable, my husband loved me, the house was warm, I was happy. I was a size 16/18.

“I decided three years ago to do something about my weight. I briefly tried meal replacements and lost a stone but they didn’t suit me.

“I also drank around four litres of water a day. Gradually, over nine months I lost three stone.”
