Weight loss: Woman loses five stone and blasts BELLY fat by cutting ONE food from her diet [bestandroiddoubledinheadunit950.blogspot.com]

Weight loss is usually achieved through a careful balance of diet and exercise, eating less and moving more.

But there are many other factors that contribute to weight loss, and it’s not as simple dieting and exercising.

Many Britons have deeply entrenched bad eating, or drinking, habits, that prohibit weight loss.

One woman managed to overcome her bad habit and drop five stone, just by cutting out sugar from her tea.

Sweet-toothed Melissa Tolan, 22, once enjoyed a staggering nine spoonfuls of sugar in her tea.

Her habit saw her pile on the pounds, and she started to gorge on entire biscuit packets, McDonald’s breakfasts and supersize portions of toast and pasta.

The Manchester-based mum knew she had to stop when she watched a BBC documentary on obesity.

At the time Melissa was an unhealthy 16-and-a-half stone, wearing a size 18-20.

However, she turned things around, ditching her nine sugars and beginning her weight-loss journey with the help of online food retailer, MuscleFood.com.

Clearing her body of the unhealthy and fattening effects of sugar, combined with a clean diet, Melissa lost a stone in two months.

Her diet now consists of lean meat, stir-fries and veggie-packed omelettes, and her tea is sugarless.

“I started off slow at first – instead of eating a whole packet of biscuits I’d just have one or two, and I swapped out my insane nine sugars in a cup of tea for a couple of sweeteners instead,” said Melissa one her incredible weight loss.

“But once I started seeing the results I was hooked. I educated myself about fitness and nutrition and started working out more and more.”

While she loves her new clean eating regime, the mother-of-one revealed that the gym isn’t really for her.

“I get bored quite easily, so to keep my workouts fresh and exciting I switch things up as much as possible,” she said.

“Sometimes, this means me just spending an hour dancing around the living room with my son, lifting him up and swinging him around.

“As long as it gets my heart rate up and my body sweating, I’m happy. The fact Hudson enjoys it too is a bonus, and I love the fact that I’m setting a healthy example for him.”

Another Briton who has lost an impressive amount of weight is Ready Steady Cook chef, Antony Worrall Thompson. 

In recent years, the British chef has shown off his impressive weight loss – which saw him slim down by more than a stone.

Following the dramatic change, the chef revealed one thing which had previously been stopping him from keeping slim.
