Girl cruelly compared to a PIG loses over three stone by following THIS diet [bestandroiddoubledinheadunit950.blogspot.com]

Laura Strawbridge, 25, from Guernsey, was a happy go lucky girl, who wasn’t really concerned about her weight or what people thought of her.

But she piled on four stone while at university, and had a photo of her compared to a pig emoji by one of her ex boyfriend’s friends.

Previous to this, Laura says she had “had always been really confident and never really worried about what I looked like”.

However, after going to university, Laura fell into the trap of eating junk food as a quick food solution in between classes and studying, and started to gain some unwanted weight in the process.

She said: “Seeing that picture gave me the final push and motivation to make a change.”

Laura knew a diet change was in order. As her typical university diet was going to halt any progress she would be making in the gym, she had a massive re-think about what she needed to start eating.

Whilst many look for friends and family for motivation, this was something that Laura wanted to do for herself, and she started to become more in touch with her friends that were using the gym as often as her.

While she was training at the gym, she wanted to get involved with a programme which would give her a goal to work towards.

Laura began following the Bikini Guide and quickly started seeing results.

She said: “A friend I was training with at the gym started using the LDN Muscle Bikini Guide, I liked the look of it and thought I would give it a go.”

After following this guide for just over two years, Laura has had a major body change in the right direction. She has gone from 14 stone to just under 11 stone, and she is still going.

She said: “I ballooned to a massive size 18 at my biggest, and now fit comfortably into a size 12. My aim is to feel comfortably into a size 10.”
