Weight loss – drop a dress size for summer with THIS celeb diet plan [bestandroiddoubledinheadunit950.blogspot.com]

Appearing on This Morning, Amelia revealed a new diet tool she’d created for her new book – a food pyramid. 

Amelia said: “It’s about healthy weight loss, not starving yourself.” 

The nutritional expert’s pyramid demonstrates how much food and drink you should eat in a day in order to lose weight. 

At the bottom of the period is eight drinks. This can include water, herbal teas and coffee. 

This is followed by six portions of vegetables and three portions of fruit – to get the new recommended 10-a-day. 

Weight watchers should then have three portions of protein. This can include eggs, fish, pulses nuts and seeds. 

Amelia said eating proteins are the best way to keep feeling full. 

Those hoping to shed the pounds should then consume two portions of starchy carbohydrates – things like brown rice and wholemeal bread – and two potions of good fats, like olive oil and avocado. 

A portion of nuts and seeds, which are full of omega fatty acids, can also be included in your daily diet. 

This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby asked what snacks could be included in the plan.

Amelia answered: “You don’t need to be snacking. If you’re eating sensibly and following this plan you shouldn’t be getting hungry.” 

Holly added: “But what if you need that little sweet something?” 

Amelia explained there’s enough sugar in the fruits and vegetables.
